if you’re purchasing a gecko from us, you also agree to our terms and conditions. we will not bore you with lengthy paragraphs so here are our rules:

1. no refunds under every circumstance

2. no returns (biosecurity protocol)

3. no deposits; all geckos must be paid in full

4. if it says “probable”, the gender is not guaranteed

5. we have the right to refuse sales in rare circumstances that may impact an animal’s wellbeing

as hobbyists, we stand behind the health of our geckos and only sell geckos that are thriving in our care. we will always try our best to ship on safe-days and minimize risks.
